Study Skills, Udemy Study Skills
A new study from Udemy aims to help you understand how to study.
The company has partnered with MIT’s Media Lab to create a survey that gives you a look at the content you should be studying.
The survey asks you a series of questions about your interests and how much time you spend on different topics.
It’s a good way to see what you’re studying and how time you’re spending on it, says Udemy.
“We’ve been working with Media Lab since 2016, and we’re really excited to finally be able to offer a survey to students,” says Matt Parnell, head of Udemy’s Learning and Engagement team.
Parnel says the survey is a great way to measure your own progress, and to help students know how much they’re spending.
“If you’re struggling to keep up with a particular topic, a survey like this can give you some insight into where you might be struggling,” Parnes says.
“And if you feel like you’re doing more than you can handle, it can help you see what other topics you might want to tackle next.”
It’s not clear exactly what content Udemy will ask you about, but the company has said it’s aiming to survey students from “every walk of life,” which may include “creative professionals, entrepreneurs, musicians, and people in STEM fields,” and include “all disciplines, from arts to business.”
The study also has a few other fun features, like quizzes and question-and-answer sections that allow you to answer questions.
The site says it will launch the survey later this year.
